A new Verderflex dealer has been appointed by Verder Pumps SA (VPSA) to provide sales, service and parts support in the PE region for the full range of superior peristaltic hose pumps.

Appointed to look after Verderflex sales in Port Elizabeth and the rest of the Eastern Cape region is Sidwell-based Multiflow Technologies & Instrumentation cc. Established in 1993, the business is owned and run by Erik Backlund and has built over the years a strong reputation for the high levels of service it provides customers throughout the area.

Multiflow are long-serving suppliers in the industrial, automotive and associated industries. The company will be supplying and supporting the robust peristaltic hose pump range and related spare parts throughout the designated sales area. Since VPSA’s inception in South Africa in 2002, Multiflow have maintained a solid working relationship with the company. “We are delighted in the dealer appointment, and look forward to growing the sales of the increasingly popular peristaltic hose pumps.” Backlund further explains, “These pumps are ideal for pumping mediums that are dirty, have high SG, high solid content or are highly viscous.”

The Verderflex series of peristaltic hose pumps consists of a balanced range of quality pumps for industrial and mining applications. The models consist of up to a maximum capacity of 80 m3/hour and maximum pressure of 16 bar – ideal for the pumping of slurries, 80% solids, abrasive, or viscous liquids.
